- Transcribing audio dictation and drafting legal correspondence.
- Handling file management, from opening to archiving cases.
- Carrying out compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Conducting Land Registry searches and managing various legal administrative tasks.
- Scanning, organising documentation, and liaising with clients.
- Have prior experience as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary (preferred but not essential).
- Are self-sufficient, proactive, and able to adapt quickly.
- May come from a residential property background but are eager to transition into the commercial sector.
- Possess strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Legal Assistants with substantial property law experience will also be considered.
