Background in Assisting Vulnerable Individuals or Private Client Legal Work?Seeking a position that offers excellent work-life balance, a supportive atmosphere, and flexible hybrid arrangements?Are you empathetic and an effective communicator?We are currently searching for a committed and seasoned Legal Secretary to join our well-regarded and passionate team that specialises in assisting vulnerable individuals. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality, tailored support, ensuring the smooth handling of client affairs and safeguarding their best interests.Key Responsibilities:
  • Interacting with clients, including older adults and those in vulnerable situations
  • Accompanying legal professionals to client visits
  • Typing and transcription via digital dictation
  • Preparing legal paperwork and written communication
  • Overseeing file management and general office administration
What We’re Hoping You Bring:
  • Prior experience and confidence when dealing with sensitive and vulnerable clients
  • Proven track record as a Legal Secretary, preferably within private client or similar legal areas
  • Excellent eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient typing speed and adept at audio transcription
  • Familiarity with BigHand software would be a plus
  • A dependable team member who is flexible and willing to lend a hand
  • At ease attending meetings with clients alongside legal practitioners
