Experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary WantedWe’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Legal Secretary to become an integral part of a thriving, welcoming, and dynamic team. This is a fantastic chance for someone with expertise in either commercial or residential property law to provide essential support to three fee-earners, including two partners, in a fast-paced legal environment.Role Overview Your key duties will involve:
  • Transcribing audio dictation and drafting legal correspondence.
  • Handling file management, from opening to archiving cases.
  • Carrying out compliance procedures, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Conducting Land Registry searches and managing various legal administrative tasks.
  • Scanning, organising documentation, and liaising with clients.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of a busy property law department.Ideal Candidate We’re keen to hear from individuals who:
  • Have prior experience as a Commercial Property Legal Secretary (preferred but not essential).
  • Are self-sufficient, proactive, and able to adapt quickly.
  • May come from a residential property background but are eager to transition into the commercial sector.
  • Possess strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Legal Assistants with substantial property law experience will also be considered.
