Maintenance Engineer
Commutable from Dover, Aylesham, Eastry
Up to 52,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and well-established manufacturing business that produces market-leading products.

You'll be joining an expanding and supportive engineering team at a time of real investment and growth. Working a 4on 4off rotating shift pattern (days and nights), you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site. With a strong emphasis on internal development and progression, this business is looking for engineers who want to be part of something long-term and impactful.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
  • Responding quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
  • Working closely with production teams to support smooth and efficient operations
  • Identifying and delivering improvements to help futureproof performance


What you'll need:

  • Level 3 qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
  • A proactive mindset with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A multi-skilled approach - or a solid electrical bias with mechanical understanding
