Office Based Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator. You will play a key role in assisting the organisation with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities as Admin Assistant:

  • Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post, and emails.
  • Diary Management.
  • Certificate verification.
  • Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering.
  • Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery or printer ink.
  • Organising site itineraries including travel and corporate events.
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be computer literate.
  • Experienced user of Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organised.
  • Team-Worker.
  • Ability to multi-task.
