About the Role:

My client, a prestigious Tier 1 Main Contractor with a nationwide presence, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead exciting new projects in Q1 2025. With an outstanding reputation in the industry, the company is experiencing significant growth, driven by a successful wave of project acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality of work carried out on-site, ensuring it meets the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including any potential delays or issues.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure that work is completed to the required standards.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits.
• Coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring all work is carried out according to the project schedule

Person Specification:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid Certification
• 5+ Years of Site Management experience
• Tier 1/ 2 Main Contracting experience
• Experience with Residential Projects
