I am searching for an Email and SMS Marketing Executive for a rapidly growing ecommerce company in Canterbury. Day to Day of the Role:

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.

• Craft concise and compelling SMS messages that align with ongoing marketing strategies and promotions.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of email and SMS campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.

• Segment email lists and personalize messages to cater to different customer profiles and preferences.

• Ensure all email and SMS marketing activities comply with legal regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing email templates and engaging content.

• Test and iterate on various messaging strategies to continually improve engagement rates and ROI.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and SMS marketing to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and SMS delivery systems.

• Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to convey messages succinctly.

• Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to measure campaign success and drive improvements.

• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws relevant to email and SMS marketing.
