I am on the lookout for an experienced SEO Specialist with a knack for strategic thinking and creative implementation for a fantastic Kent based agency. As a key member of the Digital team, you will play a pivotal role in optimising websites, content, and campaigns to help their diverse portfolio of clients in the engineering and manufacturing sectors reach their full potential. My client offers a reduced 35-hour working week with flexible “core-hours” scheme!!

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to target the right B2B audience.
  • Provide strategic insights to clients, aligning with their goals and priorities.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of an SEO Growth Strategy.
  • Identify content opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance traffic and performance.
  • Manage website migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal SEO impact.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices to improve website crawlability and indexation.
  • Generate SEO reports to track progress and measure impact.
  • Create and initiate new SEO processes from the ground up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2.5-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in a marketing agency setting.
  • Experience with migrating complex large-domain websites.
  • Familiarity with global SEO considerations.
  • Robust technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and solve edge cases.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Proficient with a range of analytics software (e.g., Data Studio, Google Analytics 4).
  • Skilled in user intent analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with Content teams to deliver optimised, high-performing content.
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders in a client organisation.
  • A passion for the engineering and manufacturing industries is a plus.
