Our Client, one of the UK's biggest and best established House-building groups, seeks to hire a full-time Sales Progressor to join the team in Kent.

Overview:
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director you be responsible for:
Collating, reporting on and facilitating the progression of all of the deals on all of the sites across their region with a view to bringing as many as possible through to legal completion, as quickly and smoothly as possible.
What are they looking for?
- The successful candidate may have worked in a similar role, for a developer or Estate Agency
- Had exposure to the process through working as a New Homes Sales Adviser, legal secretary, mortgage adviser or similar
