About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with students, and a confident classroom presence. Key Responsibilities as a Cover Supervisor:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide guidance and support to students to ensure productive use of lesson time.
Take attendance and report on lesson progress to teaching staff.
Assist with general administrative tasks when cover is not required.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment. Previous experience in education is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
