Daniel Owen are currently looking for experienced and reliable ICATS Painters, in Canterbury. If you are a skilled ICATS painter with the required certifications, including a PTS/Sentinel card or CSCS card along with an in-date blood test, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- High-quality painting and decorating work for both residential and commercial projects
- Surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Application of paints, coatings, and finishes to a high standard
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations on-site
- Working on construction and rail sites (depending on your certifications)
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Essential Requirements:
- ICATS Certificate
- PTS/Sentinel card or CSCS card (with current and valid certification)
- In-date blood test (for rail site work, if applicable)
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and finishes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- A valid UK driving license is desirable
