JOB TITLE: HR Administration

LOCATION: Canterbury, Kent (free parking)

SALARY: £13ph to £14ph

TERM: Temporary 6 months

HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Office Angels are proud to be working with this successful business in their search for a new HR Administrator. This is a temporary position starting almost immediately for approximately 6 months. You will be joining a small and friendly HR team who will make you feel welcome and part of the team from day one. The offices are based close to train/bus stations so easily commutable, however free parking is also on offer.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Supporting the HR Manager and HR Officer with Admin tasks.
  • Update employee records, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Share company policies, answer employee questions, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Process return-to-work forms, record sickness, holidays, and update spreadsheets for tracking.
  • Manage a training matrix, documenting completion dates and maintaining up-to-date training records.
  • Schedule and track occupational health assessments.
  • Prepare and organize onboarding materials, set up new employee files, and guide new hires through initial HR processes.
  • Additional administration tasks as needed by the HR team.
