Temporary Contract
Currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join a Public Sector organisation to cover numerous retirement living schemes across Canterbury and Ashford. My client is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are experienced in working within Supported Housing environments to join their team on a temporary contracted basis
Key responsibilities of the Scheme Manager:
- Supporting a service providing Retirement Living
- Signposting to various agencies, groups and sources
- Introducing new service users
- Collating independent support plans
- Conducting review visits
- Reporting repairs and liaising with on-site contractors
- Aiding service users to live independently
- Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met
Required skills and experience of the Scheme Manager:
- Previous experience providing Housing Management or Support
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Drivers License and acccess to own vehicle
