About the Academy Program:
This mandatory two-year Academy Program is tailored for newly-qualified Physiotherapists. It provides a structured, supportive pathway that includes modules on Clinical Excellence, Clinical Psychology, Communication, Functional Rehabilitation, and Holistic Care. Weekly clinical supervision, monthly CPD training meetings, and hands-on mentorship equip trainees with a multi-specialty, holistic approach to learning.
The organisation is deeply committed to ongoing staff development, offering an annual training budget to support additional specialised training. What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: CSP and HCPC registration (either obtained or in process) and a degree in Physiotherapy
