The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a leading role in a variety of projects spanning education, residential, commercial, retail fit-outs, healthcare, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initial cost planning to final account settlement, ensuring budgets are maintained and value is maximised.

Beyond project delivery, this role offers the chance to mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills, with a clear pathway towards an Associate position. There are also opportunities to expand into project management, making this an ideal position for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • Good contract administration experience
