Property Manager – Student Lettings
£28,000 - £30,000
Canterbury
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established property company. This role would best suit somebody with lettings experience - student lettings experience would be a significant advantage.
Some duties include:
- Providing an exceptional student experience, ensuring their safety and welfare.
- Visiting sites to assess repairs and maintenance and ensuring work has been completed satisfactorily.
- Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors.
- Manage the check in, check out and room turnaround process.
- Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Managing escalated customer–related issues and provide key emergency support.
- Report writing.
- Handling complaints in a professional manner.
To be considered for this role, you will have/be:
- Experience within the property industry (essential).
- Student lettings experience is highly desirable.
- An excellent attention to detail.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A full driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
