Recruitment Consultant (Education Recruitment)

Academics Ltd are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Canterbury. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and matching qualified candidates with suitable education roles within the East Kent area.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and preferences
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and advice to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in education recruitment or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of the recruitment process
  • Proactive, results-driven and goal-oriented mind set
