- Taking an active role in the candidate attraction process including reviewing applications, conducting interviews and selecting care workers
- Performing inductions to ensure new carers are fully trained, confident and prepared
- Prospecting potential clients by using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract new business
- Obtaining staff availability and booking into relevant shifts to ensure clients needs are fully met
- Achieving and exceeding KPI's, targets & objectives on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Collaborating effectively with your team members
- Delivering the highest quality of client and candidate service whilst ensuring compliance is maintained to the highest standard
- You do not need to have previous recruitment experience but will ideally have some sales experience alongside knowledge of the care sector.
- You will have a hunger and desire to succeed and develop your career.
- You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and sales skills as well as being able to work autonomously within a team environment.
- You will also hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle during working hours.
