My client, a well-established main car dealership is looking for an EXPERIENCED SERVICE MANAGER to join their family friendly team.

As a SERVICE MANAGER you’ll be part of a quality brand that takes great pride in what they do. You will be an experienced Service Manager with excellent knowledge gained from working within the Motor Industry

The Role:

  • You will be an experienced Service Manager with excellent knowledge gained from working within the Motor Industry
  • You will have great time management skills with a thorough understanding of how a main dealer service department works
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone as well as face to face
  • A proven track record in managing a team of operatives
  • You will be friendly and professional putting the customer first as a priority.
  • Extensive knowledge of business administration with experience of workshops and knowledgeable on quality assurance, staff selection, as well as personal development.

If you are naturally confident, with proven managerial experience and possess strong leadership skills then this is the role for you.

You will have a good amount of autonomy and able to make changes to further strengthening the brand.
