Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Central Canterbury | Free parking!
Salary: £14ph to £16ph
Contract: 2-3 months
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

This is a rare opportunity to join a friendly Finance Team working in beautiful offices in Central Canterbury, even rarer is that free parking is also on offer! This is a Temporary position starting almost immediately for a 2-3 month contract initially.
The duties in your new role would be:
- Supporting the Finance Team with daily accounting duties
- Updating Cashbook registers
- Processing Expenses on SAP
- Updating balance sheets
- Updating income and expenditures
- Processing payments
- Managing Petty Cash
- Updating and monitoring Excel spreadsheets
- Covering Purchase Ledger duties on an adhoc basis
- Other Finance duties as required
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Previous experience in a Finance related role
- AAT qualifications or studying towards (not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using either Sage, SAP, or Excel
- The ability to start a new role immediately and commit to a temporary position on an ongoing basis
