Are you a passionate and motivated English Teacher ready to inspire the next generation of learners? Our client, a highly respected secondary school in Canterbury, is looking for an outstanding teacher to join their team from January 2025.

About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to teach Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to A-level teaching for the right candidate. This is a full-time position offered on a long term basis with the view for permanancy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) – both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience or a strong desire to teach English at KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience being a bonus.
  • A genuine passion for English literature and language, with the ability to inspire learners of all abilities.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive, inclusive approach to teaching.
  • Commitment to professional development and collaborative working.
