We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic KS3 Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will inspire young minds, cultivate a love for mathematics, and create an engaging and supportive classroom atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality maths lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities, helping each student to thrive and succeed.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver stimulating and differentiated maths lessons for KS3 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Qualifications and Requirement:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching KS3 Maths, with a track record of excellent student outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of the KS3 Maths curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
