As a Science Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and challenging science lessons, ensuring the curriculum is tailored to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Planning and preparing high-quality lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for science.
• Using innovative teaching methods and resources to make science accessible and engaging for all students.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress regularly, providing feedback to support their learning and development.
• Creating an inclusive and safe classroom environment where students feel confident to ask questions and participate actively.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching practices and contribute to the overall development of the science department.
• Engaging in extracurricular activities that enhance students' experience of science outside the classroom.

To be considered for the Science Teacher role, you must:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification (such as QTLS or PGCE). Overseas-trained teachers are welcome to apply.
• Have a degree in Science or a related field, with specialisation in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Have experience teaching science at Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 (or a similar level).
• Be passionate about teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in science.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
