Academics are currently working with a secondary school in the picturesque City of Canterbury who require a Teacher of MFL/French on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, innovative and successful department teaching Modern Foreign Languages (French & Spanish) from KS3 through to A-Level.

What skills and experience the school are looking for

  • Be a qualified MFL/French Teacher (QTS - PGCE, B.Ed, GTP)
  • Passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong and effective classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
  • Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum and have a thorough knowledge of present curriculum development particularly those relating to Science
  • High expectations for yourself and the children to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best
  • You will be dedicated to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best
