Our designated domestic abuse services in Canterbury are hiring a Support Officer to join our dynamic and friendly team. In a nutshell, your role would be to provide an effective support service to customers with additional needs in designated services.

Your main responsibility would be to facilitate access for people with additional support needs and multiple disadvantages to Clarion's Supported Housing services. Without additional support, these individuals may not be able to be accepted into our services.

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals who are interested in building a career working for one of Europe's largest housing associations. Alongside providing general needs housing, Clarion also delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. While the role of Support Officer may be challenging at times, it is also extremely rewarding.

The role of Support Officer requires a certain level of experience and expertise in working with vulnerable adults who have additional needs, such as mental health and/or substance misuse issues, offending history, and disabilities. You'll be a valuable asset to our team, as we aim to provide the best possible support to our customers.
