We are a multi-award winning health & social care recruiter, currently recruiting experienced Project Workers on behalf of our client, who provide housing, move-on accommodation & floating support to individuals aged 16 - 21 years old. These services are provided for homeless, risk of homelessness, including children & care leavers.

The job purpose: is to provide high quality person-centred support to enable and empower clients to develop the skills necessary for independent living.

Working hours: 8am - 4pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 8am shifts available to suit. You can chose the shifts and days you work - but some flexibility is required.

Duties will include; Establish professional relationships with clients via effective communication to promote independence by developing daily living skills & social engagement. Provide intensive housing management services to ensure clients maintain their tenancy, stay safe and understand their rights and obligations. Provide advocacy, liaise with external agencies to ensure maximum support is delivered. Manage and implement safeguarding responsibilities and promote safe practices.

Successful candidates will; have excellent communication skills, good understanding of written & spoken English, demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to clients needs. Have previous experience of working within this sector and have working knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements. It is desirable if you have NVQ/Diploma 3 in Health & Social Care or similar and a full driving license with own transport.
