Key Responsibilities:
- Early identification and assessment of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop tailored strategies to support children's individual needs.
- Provide direct intervention and evaluate outcomes to ensure effective support.
- Collaborate with class teachers to integrate strategies within the classroom.
- Work closely with families, providing advice and strategies for home support.
- Support and guide teaching assistants in delivering interventions.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other professionals and work alongside the school's SENDCo to manage the caseload.
