Job Title: HGV2 Driver
Location: Canterbury
Salary: £16.00-£18.50 per hour based on experience
About Us:
We are a currently recruiting for a scrap metals company and seeking an experienced HGV2 Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate a HGV2 vehicle to complete collections of white goods, you will be working with a drivers mate.
- Ensure all collections are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with clients at collection points.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any issues to ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety regulations.
- Complete relevant paperwork and log entries accurately.
- Requirements:
- Cat C Driving Licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph
- Over the age of 21 for Insurance purposes
- HGV2 Driving experience is desirable
- Must have held Cat C Licence for 6+ months due to insurance purposes
