P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Piping Design Engineer to join their team based in the Essex area on a full-time, short-term basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective piping systems tailored to project needs and load requirements.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and schematics for the piping system.
  • Partner closely with structural, process, and planning teams to ensure designs meet project specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Choose the best materials and components for the project.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Piping, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Piping Designer with proficiency in Navisworks & AutoCAD.
