Our Client Team in Canvey Island is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to customers and clients. If you have a strong background in administration and customer service, this role may be the perfect fit for you. Key Areas of Responsibility, Activities & Tasks Involved:

  • Handling telephone queries received from customers and clients in a polite and professional manner

  • Actioning and responding to all customer and client emails promptly and professionally

  • Updating user accounts and managing access to our partner portal

  • Adding both manual and automated uplift instructions to the system

  • Managing client queries received via the partner portal

  • Processing both manual and automated clearance of salvage at the request of our clients

  • Generating certificates of destruction for salvage which have been scrapped or dismantled

  • Dealing with incoming post, including vehicle documentation and keys

  • Handling and responding to the issuing body of fines and penalty charge notices

  • Assisting our customers with the retention of cherished plates

  • Liaising with our site team to coordinate the return of personal belongings

  • Assisting our Auction team with issues preventing vehicles being listed for sale

  • General office duties including scanning, database updates and filing

  • Arranging the collection of customer vehicles and salvage upon request

Here's what you bring:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Professional Telephone Manner

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Knowledge of motor vehicle or previous experience in the motor industry would be advantageous but not essential

  • Able to work off own initiative or part of a team

  • Br able to manage and prioritise workloads
