Bright Selection Ltd are delighted to represent a family run regional provider in their search for a Home Manager for their small, 'Good' rated specialist residential/ dementia care home in Canvey Island.
As the Registered Manager you will be focused on leadership and management of the overall running of the care home including finance, resource management and ensuring the home is compliant with all regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities
- CQC Registered Home Manager
- Team leadership
- Ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are met and are aligned to codes of conduct and company procedures.
- Ensuring a smooth running of the home
- Ensuring the team is well supported and delivering the highest standard of care.
Requirements
- Experienced as a Home Manager
- IT Literate
- Passionate for delivering the highest standard of person-centred care for all residents
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC requirements
