Academics are working with a vibrant and successful school in Canvey Island who wish to appoint a Teaching and Learning Assistant to join their friendly and dedicated team in February.

The suitable candidate will be:
- Be enthusiastic, confident and able to show initiative and resilience
- Be an effective communicator with pupils and staff
- Have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with pupils, treating them with respect and consideration
- Work under direct supervision of the class teachers/SENCO and or/Higher Level Teaching Assistant and be expected to use their own initiative to organise activities and tasks.
- Contribute to creating a positive, stimulating and purposeful learning environment
