Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager on behalf of our client to oversee the 24-hour operations of a care home in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare monthly reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Excellent communication skills are required to liaise effectively with residents' families, healthcare professionals, local authorities, voluntary organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Deputy Manager role is essential; previous experience as a Home Manager is preferred.
  • NVQ Level 5 or an equivalent qualification, or a willingness to work towards it.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
