As a preferred supplier to many local and national groups, Fox Morris Group is excited to offer a Housing Administrator position at Castle Point Borough Council.

This is a temporary opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Housing Services team until March 2025 initially. Please note that this is a primarily office-based role with limited opportunity for home working.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all administrative aspects of the Housing service, including in relation to Housing Regulator work.
  • Collecting, responding to, and distributing post/e-mails.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Meeting arrangements including diary management, room bookings etc.
  • Collating and filing documents.
  • Updating of various IT systems as required.

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Administrative support experience within a Local Authority
  • GCSE level in English and Maths
  • IT literate specifically Excel and SharePoint
  • Experience within housing and / or Local Government preferred
