Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements within the not-for-profit sector from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Identify and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the not-for-profit division.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards, particularly relating to the not-for-profit sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
