Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements within the not-for-profit sector from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Identify and resolve complex audit and accounting issues.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the not-for-profit division.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards, particularly relating to the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
