Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients
- Lead audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, including client meetings
- Review work and provide support to junior members of the team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of the audit department
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Significant audit experience within a UK accountancy practice
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
