Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Lead audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, including client meetings
  • Review work and provide support to junior members of the team
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support business development and contribute to the growth of the audit department
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Significant audit experience within a UK accountancy practice
  • Proven leadership and staff management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
