Are you a qualified external auditor looking for a career change?A leading Financial Institution based in Cardiff are looking for an external auditor to join their risk department.

The role is autonomous as you will manage the delivery of your respective second-line functions. It is preferred that you would require less supervision (though regular consultation and feedback are a part of the BAU) and that you are comfortable working with high-level and detailed data sets.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant and at least a bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a risk analyst or senior external audit associate in the financial service sector
  • Familiarity or experience in ICAAP, stress testing, credit risk, Basel, prudential regulations, IFRS 9/IAS 39/FRS102
  • Familiarity or experience in second-line risk functions such as providing oversight, reviewing policies, procedures and models, documentation, and preparation of committee reports.
