Financial Accountant

Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit a Commercially astute Financial Accountant, based in Cardiff.

They are offering a very competitive: base salary up to £55K + Bonus + growth opportunities + flexi start/ finish times + Hybrid.

In this role, you will work closely with a supportive team to deliver financial results, focusing on the revenue and funding side of the business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Supervisory responsibility of 2 team members
• Accruals, prepayments, invoices
• Ownership of month-end accounting for securitisation
• Process Improvement implementation/Continuous improvement management
• Balance sheet reconciliation management with processing at entity and consolidated level
• Working closely with other teams across the company to provide support

Desired Profile:

• Relevant working experience in a finance function ideally FS.
• Advanced user of Excel
• Power BI experience desirable
• Proficient understanding of IFRS
