Junior Financial accountant reporting analyst

We have an open position in the Finance department, and we are searching for an accountant with a couple of years of financial audit monthly experience.

This is to join a team of 4 people- all of which are from the big 4 but have now chosen to work directly now for this wealth management business

Day to day, this role will include

The team overall activities

• Bookkeeping
• Monthly reporting packages for consolidated accounts
• Prepare annual accounts.
• Manage tax returns and VAT returns.
• Regulatory and compliance reporting
• monthly closures.
• Prepare monthly reporting package.
• Fund accounting.

This role is thus very varied, and you will get much broader exposure and learning opportunities than in a standard accounting reporting role

Role details

• Title: Accounting & financial reporting officer
• Salary 50,000- 70,000 euros
• Background : experience in the big 4, experience in an audit/ accounting finance department on monthly reporting packs. Accounting certified
• Permanent role
• Based in Luxembourg with some home working hybrid
• English speaking essential, French language is beneficial
• Must be able to start in June or July
