The Role:
As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our finance team, helping to drive key business decisions through accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing management accounts and financial reports
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborating with departments to ensure financial targets are met
- Assisting in strategic planning and performance management initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
What We're Looking For:
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or fully qualified Management Accountant
- Strong experience with financial reporting, management accounts, and budgeting
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
