CPS Group UK is supporting a world leading organisation that specialise in engineering technology in hiring a Project Accountant.
As the Project Accountant, you'll be supporting international contracts/ projects with everything finance related, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow. You'll liaise with international and domestic stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
* Support multiple large-scale projects with cash flow planning and budgeting
* Create budgets, forecasts, project accounts, and financial reports for executive review.
* Monitor and control expenditures to ensure alignment with established budgets.
* Analyse and report on the financial implications of project changes and associated risks.
* Oversee cost control and governance by reviewing invoices to confirm compliance with approved limits and contracts.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Must hold either ACA, or CIMA
* Ideally have worked either oversees, or on international projects
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Proficient in accounting systems
