The Company:

Our client is a fast-growing, progressive law firm. They work closely with SMEs, banking & finance clients, debt collection companies, High Court Enforcement Agencies and Insolvency Practitioners

The Job:

On behalf of this client we are seeking a Revenue Controller. In this role you are responsible for managing their aged debt and supporting the Debt Recovery Team

Responsibilities within this role will include:

  • Credit control
  • Updating their CRM (visual files)
  • Preparing and issuing formal letter
  • Speaking with clients
  • Liaising with Solicitors and Partners to progress collection
  • Reviewing processes
  • Processing payments
  • Opening new client and matters files
  • Assisting with the preparation of Court Proceedings
  • Liaising with the Courts
  • Carrying out pre-litigation debt recover work
  • Assisting with production of High Court Writ of Control Applications

The Person:

For this role our client is seeking someone who has gained debit recovery experience already in a legal environment. As well as this they are looking for someone who is a fantastic team player, excellent communication skills and detail orientated.

The Location:

Cardiff Hybrid working (Mondays are required in the office)
