We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Associate to join our client's International Corporate Tax team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong international tax background to manage a variety of advisory projects, collaborate with internal teams, and help deliver exceptional tax services to a growing client base.

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong international tax background to manage a variety of advisory projects, collaborate with internal teams, and help deliver exceptional tax services to a growing client base.

Job Duties:* Project-manage the delivery of international tax advisory work, working closely with partners and directors to ensure milestones and deadlines are met* Conduct in-depth commercial and technical tax research, analyze data, and draft clear and concise reports* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing effective communication throughout the process* Provide tax support to other teams, including M&A and audit, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery of projects* Take a commercial approach to advisory work, aligning with client objectives and driving value

Profile

* Strong experience in international corporate tax, with a solid understanding of cross-border tax issues and regulations* CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification (or studying towards)* Proven track record in managing and delivering advisory projects within international tax* Excellent technical research skills, with the ability to present complex tax issues in a clear and practical way* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment* Experience supporting M&A and audit teams is a plus
