As an Assistant Accountant, you will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for supporting the preparation of management accounts, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This hybrid role offers a blend of flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while still maintaining a presence in the office when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
• Process invoices, payments, and handle account queries.
• Help prepare reports for internal stakeholders and support audit processes.

Essential Requirements:

• A background in accounting or finance (minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role).
• Actively studying or keen to pursue professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.

Desirable:

• Experience working within a global organisation.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or similar platforms.
