Role Trainee Accounts Assistant
Salary £20k - £24k with bonus
Location Office in Cardiff Gate - free parking
Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours Mon-Fri
The Role
- As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will receive full support and training to carry out tasks like:
- Processing invoices and payments securely within correct timelines.
- Completion of finance related admin tasks like reconciliation
- Processing expense claims
- Helping to compile reports for the business
- Adhere to the information and security policies of the business.
The Person
- Maybe you have previous experience in accounts or perhaps you are looking to grow into a role as an accounts assistant.
- You will have good MS Excel skills for working with spreadsheets
- Strong maths skills and attention to detail to spot numerical errors
- You are a natural problem solver who takes initiative
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills at all levels and the ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
