About the Role: Our client, a highly respected organisation within the Safeguarding and Reviewing sector, is seeking a skilled and organised Admin Clerk  to provide essential support to their team. This is a key role where you’ll ensure meetings are well-documented, and sensitive information is handled with the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and scheduling safeguarding and reviewing meetings, including booking and convening as required.
  • Accurately recording minutes during meetings, capturing complex and sensitive discussions, and summarising key points clearly.
  • Managing highly confidential and emotive information in a professional manner.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to meet agreed standards and deadlines.
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage documents and correspondence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in minute-taking, including the ability to summarise complex information concisely.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach.
  • Experience in office administration, ideally within a sensitive or regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home, with occasional visits to County Hall as required.
