Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation in South Wales, who are seeking an Administrator to assist with a temporary project working with databases in the transferring of patient referrals and supporting information between them.

Main duties of the job:

  • Management of electronic patient records, clinic creation, appointment booking, timely outcoming of appointments, waiting list and caseload management
  • Oversight of data cleansing to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is held
  • General secretarial duties including opening and distributing mail, filing, ordering stationary and photocopying as directed by the team
  • Create and maintain, up to date computerised patient records and recall systems on databases
  • Maintain, scan and file paper records and information as appropriate, in line with records management principles and service protocols
  • Assist in the production of and maintain high-quality documentation, records and reports as required

Essential Skills:

  • Admin experience and knowledge of IT systems/databases (preferably in the NHS)
