Role Overview

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisers, ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas and documents for client meetings to facilitate seamless client interactions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their needs.
  • Administrative support for new business applications and client records management.
  • Gather and process client valuations.
  • Ad hoc office duties.
