Job Title: IFA Administrator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
The Company:
The opportunity to join a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Cardiff. They provide specialist advice on Investments, Pensions, mortgages and protection, helping clients to manage their finances and making the process easy for everyone.
They are looking for an IFA administrator to join their friendly team and provide seamless back office support to their professional team of advisors.
This role offers some flexibility and the ability to work from home as well as free parking.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing for client meetings
- Answering client and adviser queries
- Sending Letters of Authority
- Processing new business and submit to providers
- Submitting online applications
The Required Skills:
- Previous experience working in an IFA Administration role
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry relevant qualifications are desirable
