The role involves working closely with advisers and paraplanners, handling plan administration, client and provider correspondence, and preparing annual reviews and client reports.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a wealth management, financial planning, or IFA firm, along with familiarity with Intelligent Office software.
The position allows for either office-based or hybrid working arrangements.

Principal duties

Working closely with adviser and paraplanner
Plan administration
Client and provider correspondence
Annual review preparation and client reports
Commission query resolution

Experience

5+ years experience in a wealth management / financial planning / IFA firm.
Familiarity with Intelligent Office software
Working in an administration team
